About · Pulse Training Co.

An anchor
greater than
the sport.

We develop the athlete and the person — training the mind, body, and heart so athletes have an anchor far beyond their sport.

The approach

We build around the athlete in front of us — not a template.

Most athletes never get taught how to run fast or apply force — they just get conditioned until they're tired. We do the opposite. We profile how you move, find the quality that's actually limiting you, and train that.

Quiet conviction, competitive edge, and numbers that set the direction. We measure often, so progress is something you can see — not something you're told to believe.

What we doThree pillars, one athlete. Every session is measured.
01

Speed & Acceleration

Acceleration, max velocity, and sprint mechanics coached as a skill — how you contact the ground, where your foot lands, how you project from the start. Measured at every step, not guessed at.

02

Power & Force

We profile how you produce force versus how fast you move, then train the side that's actually limiting you. Your numbers set the direction — not a generic program.

03

Durability

The best athlete is a healthy athlete. Deceleration, tissue strength, and movement quality that keep you available across a full season.

Founder & Performance Coach

Former Rice University dual-sport athlete · Football (WR) & Track (100 m)

At my core, I am a builder and an encourager of people. I love sports, but they haven't always been so kind to me. I ran a 4.38 laser time, earned a scholarship to play at Rice, and won starting positions — only to have them taken away by injury, time and again.

Eleven surgeries and over 20 injuries ultimately led to a forced medical retirement. A tumultuous journey — but one I'm now grateful for, as it has prepared me for developing the next generation of athletes.

Through it all, I found that I was made on purpose for a purpose. Pulse Training Co. is how I serve and love others with the passion, story, gifts, and burden God has given me.

Show up. Submit to the process. Suffer well.
